Raw Carob Fudge
- 1/2 caup Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil - Aisle 3
- 1/2 cup Local Uncooked Raw Honey - Bulk Aisle 5
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Vanilla - Aisle 2
- Pinch of Salt - Aisle 2
- 1 cup Chatfield's Roasted Carob Powder - Aisle 2
- 1/2 cup Nuts, coarse ground - Bulk Aisle 5
Cream the coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Add remainder of ingredients. Press into shallow pan that you have sprayed with non-stick cooking psray. Chill to harden and cut into squares.
