Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 lb. Fresh Asparagus - Produce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Mediterranean Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Aisle 3
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Garlic - Produce
  • Unrefined Salt and Pepper - Herbs & Spcies
  • Balsamic Vinegar - Bulk Aisle 5

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit and cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Rinse the asparagus, dry, and place on the cookie sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, tossing gently, and sprinkle on salt and pepper. Add garlic and place in the oven. Roast for about 15 minutes until tender, and then drizzle balsamic vinegar and serve. Makes 4 servings
