Roasted Beets
- 1-1/2 lbs. medium red beets, peeled & quartered - Produce
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil - Aisle 2
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic - Produce
- salt & pepper to taste - Aisle 2
Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Place the beets in a small roasting or baking dish in one layer. Drizzle with the oil. Add garlic, salt & pepper. Toss to combine. Roast until fork-tender, about 30 minutes. Serve hot or room temperature.
