Sesame Yellow Squash

  • 2 Cups of Local Yellow Squash, diced - Produce
  • 1 & 1/2 Cups of Local Green Peppers, diced - Produce
  • 1/2 Bunch of Organic Scallions, sliced - Produce
  • 1-2 Cloves Organic Garlic, crushed - Produce
  • 1/4 Cup of Hulled Sesame Seeds - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 3 Tbsp. Spectrum Toasted Sesame Oil - Aisle 3
  • 1/3 Cup Tamari - Aisle 2

Sauté squash, peppers, garlic, & scallions in a large pan in the toasted sesame oil for approximately 5 minutes. Add the tamari, sesame seeds, & simmer for 1-2 minutes more. Add salt, pepper to taste.
