1 Cup Whole Spelt Flour – Bulk Aisle 5

½ Cup Dried Fruits of Your Choice, chopped – Packaged Bulk Aisle

½ Cup Toasted or Raw Nuts, chopped – Bulk Aisle 5

¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup – Bulk Aisle 5

¼ Cup Spectrum Canola Oil – Aisle 3

1 tsp Frontier Vanilla – Aisle 2

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Press into greased 8” square pan. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown, especially around the edges. Remove from the oven and invert onto a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares while still warm.
