Spaghetti Dinner

  • 1 lb. Wellshire Farms Ground Beef or Turkey - Meat dept.
  • 28oz. Muir Glen Crushed Tomatoes, partially drained - Aisle 3
  • 15oz. Muir Glen Diced Tomatoes, partially drained - Aisle 3
  • 2-3 Tsp. Italian Seasoning - Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • Bionaturae Olive Oil - Aisle 3
  • Parmesan Cheese - Cheese Dept.
  • Whole Wheat Pasta - Bulk Aisle 5

Cook lb. of meat, stirring to break it up. Add crushed and diced tomatoes, partially drained, 2-3 tsp. Italian seasoning, blend, and a little olive oil. Cook until meat is done and flavors have blended. Serve over cooked whole wheat pasta. Top with optional Parmesan cheese. Freeze what's left in 1-2oz. serving portions. Serve with a side of sauteed veggies, such as pressed garlic, chopped onions, diced peppers, sliced mushrooms, zucchini, etc. Don't forget the salad!
