2 Cups Organic Valley Cottage Cheese – Aisle 1

2 Large KY Proud Tomatoes, diced – Produce

4 Green Onions, sliced – Produce

2 Medium Cucumbers, diced (not peeled) - Produce

Salt & Pepper to taste – Bulk Aisle 5, Bulk Herbs & Spices

 

 

Combine ingredients together in a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
