Super Bowl Spinach and Cream Cheese Dip
- 12oz. Chopped Spinach, cooked & well-drained - Produce or Freezer
- 1 Small Organic Carrot, grated – Produce
- 2 Shallots, chopped – Produce
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder – Bulk Herbs & Spices
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Tarragon – Bulk Herbs & Spices
- Two 8oz. Tofutti Cream Cheese or Organic Valley Cream Cheese–Aisle 1
- 1 Tsp. Sea Salt – Aisle 2
- 1 Tsp. Black Pepper – Bulk Herbs & Spices
- 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper – Bulk Herbs & Spices
Blend together and refrigerate for a few hours. Flavors will blend well if refrigerated overnight. Serve with raw veggies or your chip of choice.
