1 Pound Sweet Potatoes – Produce
1 Large Lemon, juiced – Produce
½ Tsp Ground Cumin – Bulk Spices
½ Tsp Sea Salt – Bulk Aisle 5
¼ Tsp Cayenne – Bulk Spices
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper – Bulk Spices
2 Tbsp Tahini – Aisle 2
1 Tbsp Spectrum Olive Oil – Aisle 3
1 Tbsp Honey – Aisle 2
Zest of Half an Orange - Produce
Prick sweet potatoes with a fork then bake until fully cooked on a baking sheet, allow the potatoes to cool, and then remove and discard the skins. Place sweet potatoes and remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Sample and adjust seasonings according to the sweetness of the potatoes and your taste preference. Let sit for an hour or so before serving so flavors can blend.
