½ Cup Tahini – Aisle 2

Fresh Lemon Juice from 1-2 Lemons – Produce

2 Garlic Cloves, crushed – Produce

Unrefined Salt, to taste – Bulk Aisle 5

Purified Water

 

Place all ingredients except for the water into a blender or shaker and blend. Thin the mixture with water until it reaches your desired consistency.

Note: To make “Green Tahini Spread, “ add ½ cup fresh parsley to mixture and blend in a blender or food processor.
