Tuna Spread

  • 2 cans Natural Sea Tuna in water, drained - Aisle 3
  • 3 Tbsp. Cascadian Farm Pickle Relish (dill or sweet) - Aisle 3
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegenaise - Aisle 3
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Cow Plain Yogurt - Aisle 1

In a small bowl, mix tuna, pickle relish, vegenaise, and yogurt. Use a sandwich spread using whole wheat bread, as a dip using whole hweat pita bread cut into triangles, or as a snack rolled up in a whole grain tortilla.
