Uptown Figs

  • 24 Dried Figs - Packaged Bulk
  • One 3 oz. Pkg. Organic Valley Softened Cream Cheese - Aisle 1 Refrigeration
  • 2 Tsp. Hain Powdered Sugar - Aisle 2
  • 2 Tsp. Orange Liqueur (can substitute orange juice concentrate) - Freezer Aisle
  • Roasted & Salted Almonds - Bulk Aisle 5

Cut a slit in large side of 24 dried figs, cutting to, but not through, stem end.  Mix all the ingredients, except the almonds; fill each fig evenly with cream cheese mixture and 1 roasted almond.  Press figs to secure filling.

Makes 24 servings and takes 20 minutes to prepare.
