Vegetarian Chili
- 1 cup Vegetarian Chili Mix – Aisle 5 Bulk
- 2 ½ cups Boiling Water
- 2 15oz. cans Westbrae Kidney, Pinto, or Red Beans – Aisle 2
- 10oz. can Muir Glen diced or stewed tomatoes – Aisle 3
In large pot, stir Chili Mix into boiling water. Add beans and tomatoes. Stir well. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
