Yemeni Charoset

  • 15 Dried Turkish Figs – Packaged Bulk
  • 15 Medium Pitted Medjool Dates, chopped – Packaged Bulk
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds, lightly toasted – Packaged Bulk
  • 1 Tsp. Frontier Organic Ground Cinnamon – Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • 1 Tsp. Frontier Organic Ground Ginger – Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • Dash of Frontier Organic Coriander or Cardamom – Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • 1 Small Chili or Pinch of Frontier Organic Cayenne Pepper – Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • Dry Red Wine

Finely chop the figs, dates, sesame seeds, cinnamon, ginger, coriander or cardamom and chili or cayenne. Stir enough red wine to make a paste. Store in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature.
