Zesty Spinach Dip

  • 4 oz. Fresh Earhtbound Organic Spinach - Produce
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise - Aisle 2
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Valley Sour Cream - Aisle 1
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice - Produce
  • 1/4 Tsp. Garlic, fresh, minced - Produce

Remove the stems from the spinach and finely chop the leaves. Set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and garlic.

Add the chopped spinach and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with finely chopped red bell pepper or shredded parmesan cheese.

This dish is perfect for crudites, crackers or toast points. Serves 4-6
