Zesty Blackeyed Peas Salad

• 2 cans Eden Organic Blackeyed Peas, drained - Aisle 2
• 1 Can Westbrae Organic Yellow Corn, drained - Aisle 2
• 1 Jar Frontera Tomato & Jalapeno Salsa - Aisle 4
• Salt & Pepper, to taste - Aisle 2
• 1 Tbsp., or to taste of Creamin' Mimi's Pepper Sauce - Aisle 3

Mix all ingredients together and set aside to chill in fridge for one hour.  Top with fresh cilantro and peppers and serve!
