EXCELLENT QUALITY and/or VALUE
FREE OF TRANS FATS OR OTHER KNOWN HARMFUL INGREDIENTS

The more of these characteristics a product has, the more likely it will earn a spot on our shelves. Of these, LOCAL and ORGANIC shall be valued most highly. Because the above characteristics can sometimes be in conflict with one another, our buyers and managers must use their judgment in balancing consumer needs and organizational values.
