Founded in 1999


Born in the Appalachian region of Eastern Kentucky, Rebekah developed her passion for working with nature by helping out on her grqandparents' organic farm and from her experience in agriculture and the forest industry in Kentucky. "I believe that my line of all natural and organic products provides opportunities for small family farmers while also helping our environment. I've worked attentively to create and find products that are enjoyable to eat. healthy for you, and also help to protect our environment," says Rebekah. Helping sustain small family farms is the part of the business that Rebekah enjoys most.

Banana Kiwi Salad

2 Tbsp Lime Juice – Produce
1 Tbsp Canola Oil – Aisle 3
1 Tbsp Minced Shallot – Produce
2 Tsp Rice Vinegar – Aisle 3
1 Tsp Honey – Aisle 2
¼ Tsp Salt – Aisle 5
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper – Bulk Spices
4 Kiwi Fruit, peeled & diced – Produce
2 Firm, Ripe Bananas, sliced – Produce
½ Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper – Produce
2 Tbsp Sliced Fresh Mint – Produce
2 Tbsp Chopped Cashews – Bulk Aisle 5

Whisk lime juice, oil, shallot, vinegar, honey, salt, and cayenne in a medium bowl. Add kiwi, bananas, bell pepper, and mint; toss to coat. Serve sprinkled with cashews.

Invest in Your Business

Owners we would like to take a moment to update you on the progress of our remodel/expansion project.  If you haven’t heard the news--we have leased a section of the old Advance Auto space in order to expand our Café, reorganize our existing space, and increase our services to our owners and the community. We are proud to report that we have raised over $400,000! One of the crucial pieces of making this endeavor successful is our ability to demonstrate to outside financers the financial commitment of our owners to this expansion.  We will continue to offer an Owner Loan Program once construction begins. Please contact us at your convenience to help the co-op with an owner loan.
