From Forkland, Rolling Fork Organic Farm uses organic pasture to raise heritage breed pork and beef, which are prized for their juiciness, flavor and tenderness. The animals are moved to fresh pasture regularly and enjoy a diet free of hormones, antibiotics and GMOs. Rolling Fork Farm also grows a variety of fresh, local, certified-organic vegetables and fruits.
