FoodChain is a nonprofit that forges link between the community and fresh food through education and demonstration. They partner with local growers to rescue food surplus from farms in order to reduce food waste. All of the frozen produce is grown by local farmers in our community. It is then processed in FoodChain’s kitchen by graduates of their Food Sector Job Training Program.
