Everae Gardens (which combines the names of Mike and Kim’s daughters, Eve and Rae) is a very small urban indoor Kentucky Proud farm literally three blocks away from the Co-op. They use organic soil, organic seeds, no pesticides and no fertilizers. Their mission is to nourish our community with the freshest and most vibrant produce, microgreens!
