(CANCELED) ONLINE: Radical Gratitude

Learn how to cultivate deep gratitude to build hope, courage, connection, peace and joy.

Gratitude is powerful. It combats depression, builds resilience and intensifies joy.

Gratitude is more than saying “thank you.” The deeper and more connected your gratitude is, the greater the benefits of that gratitude. In this workshop, you will receive the tools to bring radical gratitude into your life experiences. We’ll combine meditation, journaling, skill-building and partner practices to deepen your gratitude.

This class is virtual, held via Google Meet. Tickets are $20 for owners, $22 for non-owners and can be purchased here.
Recommended supplies: Blanket, yoga mat, meditation pillow or comfortable seat; journaling supplies (paper and pen preferred over electronics)
