ONLINE: Qigong for Better Health and Well-Being

Qigong is an ancient Taoist healing art used to promote better health and overall wellness. It includes a gentle range of motion movements, breathing techniques, and a mindfulness focus, all designed to activate the body’s natural healing energy. About the instructor: Jim Concotelli has a doctorate in educational psychology from the University of Kentucky with an emphasis in gerontology and wellness. He has traveled to China to study traditional health and longevity practices and is certified by the Chinese Healing Arts Center.
