Carnegie at the Co-op – Flavor, Memory, Identity: Food Writing

Food does much more than feed the body. It triggers memory, fuels imagination and connects cultures. We will use all of our senses to write and tell stories about our relationships with food. From the best bites we’ve ever taken to childhood memories at our grandmother’s table to cooking as a means of surviving and thriving, we will dig deep and explore everything that food means to us.

This is an all levels, three-part workshop taking place on consecutive Wednesday evenings (Sept. 19, Sept. 26, Oct. 3) from 6-8 pm, and is a partnership between the Co-op and the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning.

Tickets are $39 for Co-op Owners and $45 for General Admission. They can be purchased at the Co-op’s Hospitality Desk or online at Eventbrite.
