This class aims to help you gain an understanding of how to stop mindlessly perpetuating the patterns that are preventing you from living your best, most fulfilling life. You can go from surviving to thriving by learning what mindfulness is and how to practice it daily, find out how to tune into your body and learn what information it may be giving you.
