We will discuss some of the ways that your gut might be functioning in less than optimal ways and how this may show up in our bodies as things like digestive problems, insomnia, fatigue, autoimmune disorders, inflammation, anxiety, depression or problems with weight management. We will talk about how the gut functions and basic lifestyle changes that can be made to get things back on track.
