Lexington Pasta Company has been a part of your community for ten years and we want to celebrate! Learn how the company came to be and learn some pasta-making basics and be a part of an interactive pasta-cutting demonstration.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Maxx has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism with a minor in business. He has worked in the restaurant and service industry for a decade and has been with Lexington Pasta and Pasta Garage for five years doing everything from line cooking to sales.
