The Root Chakra is considered the foundational chakra which symbolizes initiation, wealth, support and stability. Blocked Root Chakras are said to cause ill health, leg and knee pain, sciatica, varicose veins, instability and lack of wealth. This workshop aims to help open the Root Chakra.
