The Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra is considered to be the Chakra of Communication and is associated with willpower, direction, wisdom and freedom of choice. A blockage in this area is said to cause pain in the throat, thyroid, and upper back and interference with self-confidence, communication, patience, trust, understanding and more. This workshop focus on skills that attempt to alleviate these symptoms.
