Vegan Cooking- Spicy Okra Curry

It’s summer and fresh, local produce, especially okra, is everything. It’s popular in the southern U.S., but it’s equally popular in southern Asia too. This dish has lots of flavors like cumin, ginger, garlic, turmeric and cilantro, and can be paired with rice, roti, bread or pasta.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Babita is a native of Nepal. She has been cooking for over 20 years and blogging about it over the past few. She grew up taking care of her sister, brother and many cousins, so she thoroughly enjoys being a positive influence on kids. As Babita says, “they are the future and the future is plant-based.”
